Eat More Turmeric

But there’s another way you can get your dose of benefits from this the brightly coloured medicinal superfood more frequently and effectively, and that’s by ingesting it whenever possible.

It has been praised that turmeric may be the most powerful herb on the planet at fighting and potentially reversing disease by reducing inflammation and allowing your body to heal itself. Ailments such as depression, blood toxicity, obesity, arthritis, diabetes and skin issues like eczema and psoriasis have proven responsive to the health benefits of turmeric.

So how can you get more turmeric into your diet? Add a pinch of the dried herb into everything from scrambled eggs or tofu, toss it with roasted vegetables, grate it from fresh into rice and curry, or blend it into a salad dressing and pour it over fresh greens.
